Our “Back to Movement” program is designed to create a transition from months of inactivity to the full joys of physical expression. Combined with foundation soccer skills, the program will activate, explore, and promote physical literacy in our youth.

In four weekly sessions, aligned closely with the curriculum developed by “Sport for Life” we will reintroduce physical activity into our young people’s lives focusing on fundamental movements and motor skills in a fun and engaging context.
We think this is a perfect program to bring us all back onto the pitch in 2021!
